When does 2026 Registration Open?
The 2026 Woodbury Farmers Market registration is now open! Eligible vendors must fully complete the online Vendor Application Form below. Market staff will contact you within 10 business days to request additional information, or to notify you of your application status.
How does the market decide which vendors are accepted?
Our goal is to offer shoppers a well-rounded and engaging market each week. To help achieve this, we limit the number of vendors selling similar products on any given market day. All applications are carefully reviewed by the Woodbury Farmers Market Committee, and when capacity is reached, qualified vendors may be added to a waitlist. Product exclusivity is not guaranteed.

All vendor fees are non-refundable, including full-season, half-season, and individual market day fees.
How can I avoid vendor payment scams?
Unfortunately, scammers sometimes target farmers markets by posing as market staff and requesting vendor payments. To protect yourself, please keep the following in mind:
- The Woodbury Farmers Market will never request payment before your application is approved.
- All official communication will come directly from a market representative using the email address: farmersmarket@mainstreetwoodbury.org
We will never ask for payment through:
- Personal email addresses
- Text messages or social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Peer-to-peer payment apps unless explicitly stated in an official invoice
If you receive a message requesting payment and you are unsure of its legitimacy, do not send payment. Instead, forward the message or reach out to us directly at farmersmarket@mainstreetwoodbury.org so we can verify the authenticity for you.
Your safety and trust matter to us, and we appreciate your help in keeping our vendor community secure.
