1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mainstreetwoodbury.org, operated by Main Street Woodbury, Inc., a New Jersey nonprofit corporation ("Main Street Woodbury," "we," "us," or "our").
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What This Website Is
This website provides information about Main Street Woodbury, our programs and events, downtown Woodbury businesses and attractions, membership, volunteering, and ways to support our work.
Main Street Woodbury is an independent nonprofit organization. We are not the City of Woodbury and we do not speak for, act on behalf of, or exercise any authority over the City of Woodbury or any other government body. Information about municipal services on this site is provided as a convenience and links to the City's own website.
3. Using This Website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure

National Main Street Program. Main Street Woodbury is a proud affiliate member of the National Main Street Program. The National Main Street Program name and marks belong to their respective owners and are used in accordance with their brand and trademark guidelines. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use those marks.
Photographs. Photographs on this site may depict identifiable individuals, businesses, and properties. Those images may not be reproduced or used for any purpose without our written permission and, where applicable, the permission of the people or businesses depicted.

This website mentions and describes businesses, restaurants, shops, attractions, parking areas, and other places in and around Woodbury.
We provide that information as a convenience and we do not guarantee it. Business hours change, businesses close, parking rules change, and events are rescheduled. We are not affiliated with, do not endorse, and are not responsible for any third-party business mentioned on this site, and mentioning a business does not mean it is a member of Main Street Woodbury or that we vouch for its goods or services.
Verify before you travel. Please confirm hours, availability, pricing, and parking rules directly with the business or authority in question before relying on anything you read here.
Parking. Parking information on this site is provided for general guidance only. Parking regulations, time limits, permit requirements, and enforcement are set and enforced by the City of Woodbury or the relevant property owner, not by us. You are responsible for reading and obeying all posted signs and regulations. We are not responsible for any parking ticket, fine, towing charge, or other penalty.

7. Donations and Membership
Processing. Donations and membership payments are processed by Zeffy, a third-party platform. Your transaction is subject to Zeffy's own terms and privacy policy. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Tax deductibility. Main Street Woodbury, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Where a contribution includes benefits with a fair market value, the deductible amount may be reduced accordingly. We are not tax advisors and nothing on this site is tax advice. Please consult a qualified tax professional about your own situation.
Refunds. Donations and membership dues are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at info@mainstreetwoodbury.org and we will review the request in good faith."
Membership benefits. Membership benefits are described on our membership page and may change from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the benefits described, but benefits that depend on our programs, events, or publications are subject to those programs continuing to operate. Membership does not create any ownership interest, voting right, or governance role in Main Street Woodbury, Inc. except as provided in our bylaws.
8. Volunteering
The volunteer form is an expression of interest, not a commitment by either party. Submitting it does not enroll you in any activity, guarantee you a role, or obligate us to contact you.
Some volunteer opportunities require additional steps, which may include an application, an approval, a background check, or signing a separate waiver or release. Those requirements are handled separately from this website and separate documents will be provided where they apply.
Volunteers are not employees. Volunteering with Main Street Woodbury does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, or partnership, and volunteers are not entitled to wages, benefits, or workers' compensation except as required by law.
Nothing in these Terms is a waiver or release of liability. Any waiver or release applicable to a volunteer activity will be provided as a separate document for you to review and sign.
9. Events
Event details published on this site — including dates, times, locations, pricing, and availability — are subject to change or cancellation.
Some events require registration or ticketing through a third-party platform, and those transactions are governed by that platform's terms.
Attendance at any Main Street Woodbury event is voluntary and at your own risk. Additional terms, waivers, or conditions may apply to specific events and will be provided at registration where applicable.
Photography. Main Street Woodbury and its representatives may photograph or record our public events. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in those images and that we may use them for promotional and organizational purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please tell event staff.
10. Information You Submit
When you submit information through a form on this site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
You grant us permission to use the information you submit for the purpose you submitted it — responding to your message, following up about volunteering, or sending you emails you requested. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
