Join us at The Woodbury Farmers Market this summer starting Saturday, June 14th and ending on Saturday, September 27th. Farmers market will be open rain or shine. Our 2025 season vendor application is officially open! The 2025 season has new market days and will be open on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of June, July, August, and September, RAIN OR SHINE, from 9am-1pm, June 14 – September 27, 2025. The Woodbury Farm Market Committee reserves the right to review and evaluate all vendor applications. To ensure a diverse market experience, a maximum of two vendors offering similar products will be permitted each week. If vendor capacity is reached, additional applicants may be placed on a waitlist.
Step 1
Please read the following information to see if your business is eligible to become a vendor before taking the time to fill out the application.
- Farmers/Growers: You grow or raise the products you will sell at the market, including but not limited to: vegetables, fruits, herbs, nuts, flowers, plants, seafood, meats, eggs, honey, and dairy products. This can also include non-local produce. Includes vendor promotional merchandise: e.g., T-shirts, reusable bags.
- Value Added Foods: Processed foods, sold directly by the farmer/producer. Examples but not limited to jam, honey, salsas, dried fruits, pastas, cider, wine, beer, spirits.
- Food Trucks/Temporary Food Facility: Vendors who are preparing food on-site and/or sampling foods/beverages. Examples: made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, pre-made hot sandwiches, hot/iced coffee by the cup, etc. Includes vendor promotional merchandise: e.g., T-shirts, reusable bags.
- Non-Farm Vendors: Handmade items like soaps, candles, body scrubs etc, coffee and teas, and other handmade arts and crafts. Please note: Copyrighted materials will not be accepted.
Step 2
Fill out an online Vendor Application Form. Market staff will contact you within 10 business days to learn more about your business or let you know if your application has been approved.
This application is NOT for:
- Musicians: If you would like to be considered for a spot either this season or in the future, please email [email protected] .
- CSA Pick Ups: If you would like to be considered for a spot for CSA pick up, please email

- Local Non-Profits: Registered 501(c) or 501(c)4, and Woodbury organizations may request a discounted space by emailing [email protected] with information about your organization. We do set aside a certain number of spaces each week for these categories, but they are first come first served and must be booked in advance.
- Product exclusivity is not guaranteed.
Fees-
Farmers Full Season – 8 Market days $279
Farmers 1/2 Season – 4 Market Days $139
Non-Farmers Vendors Full Season – 8 market days $ 359
Non-Farmers Vendors 1/2 Season- 4 market days $ 179
Half-season options include 4 consecutive market days either in early Summer (June- July Market days) or Late Summer (August- September Market days)
* Full and 1/2 season vendors will be given priority for scheduling. Scheduling for individual market days will not be available until April 1st, 2025. All vendor fees are non-refundable.* Vendor payment must be submitted within 10 days of receiving an invoice. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of your reserved spot.
Individual market day rates: $38 per market for farmers, $48 per market for non-farmers. All vendor fees are non-refundable.
Vendor Payments will be collected once your application has been approved. A farm market representative will reach out to you directly. Beware of scams, do not send any payments in until a farmers market representative contacts you through the [email protected] email address. All vendor fees are non-refundable.
